Description: ORIENTAL RUG BEAUTIFUL ESTATE ANTIQUE HERIZ ROOM SIZE RUG / CARPET 9.1 x 11.8 SALE!! Approx size is : 9' 1" x 11' 8" A real beauty. An all wool pile with a typical cotton foundation. Early 1900's to 1930's. Shows an overall even pile with some lower spots to the foundation. I am showing a few of the lower spots and some of the selvage damage in my closeups. Very slight losses to both ends. Sides are good with the exception of those two spots I am showing in the photos. A crude stitch repair. That one spot is about 2" x 2". Small gouge to one corner. Even with that said, the rug should still last another 50- 75 years. Nice overall pattern which is quite atypical for this type of rug. A good looking piece.
