Description: For Sale this wonderful Antique 19th century Hand Blown Whale Oil Lamp with an Early free Blown Pontil that was hand crafted/blown in the mid 1800's at Boston Sandwich Glass.It measures approximately 6 1/8" tall x 3 1/2 '' round at base.Please view all pictures to appreciate the piece. This lamp exhibits wear associated with age and usage, with only very minor imperfections to glass but no cracks or damage.The top threaded filter area shows hardly any wear and minor roughness on the metal and the burner all pieces fit together. I have owned this piece for a very long time. This is a wonderful piece to proudly display in your collection with only cosmetic wear It was well cared for. An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.
