Description: Antique H (Hippolyte) Boulenger & Co faience berry or serving bowl. Beautiful cobalt blue, pink and gold over white earthenware, with gold accents. Made in Choisy-le Roi, France in the late 1800's to early 1900's. This bowl is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, though there is minor roughness around edges where the gold has worn off. Shows crazing and minor scratches commensurate with age and use. Shows backstamp of Choisy-le-Roi in shield, with H Boulenger & Co Made in France.
