Description: a quite old reconditioned solid quarter sawn white oak parlor table [ antique barn find ] that has turned tapered fluted legs with 3" glass ball & claw feet. I think that the age it was made was at least 100 years ago. I bought it on an auction this spring and it was apparently being stored in a barn that did not keep the snow out and off things very good and that caused the flat areas like the top to get water marks or stains on it which I could not get totally out of it, but it is still an exceptionally cool table. It was all carefully resanded, and then I applied 3 coats of oil based polyurathane satin finish. This parlor table looks like it came out of some sort of mansion type house. Extra shipping may be needed for some some places like NYC or LA Ca. or Maine. Thank you for viewing.
