Description: This antique glass ball and claw table is a stunning piece of Victorian style furniture. The craftsmanship of this table is excellent and it's details stand above most tables of this style. The table features tiger oak, carved aprons, and two tiers. The turned legs sit on top of glass ball and brass claw feet. The table top is solid tiger oak. The claw and ball feet are original. After cleaning the feet we then removed the faded and worn original finish. The new finish was then slowly built with multiple layers of shellac and poly. We utilized a French Polish technique for the top coat to give a durable finish with a deep sheen . After curing we hand waxed the table for further protection. The table is 30 inches long and 30 inches wide, with a height of 28 inches and a weight of 25 pounds. This antique Victorian table was made in the late 1800s or very early 1900s. It can be used as an entry, parlor, side, lamp, or accent table, and is suitable for a range of rooms, including the foyer, living room, and hallway. This 125 year old table will last for generations to come.
