Description: If you love to collect shaving collectables this item is up your alley. These handy little cups were created before bathrooms, plumbing, connivance and were typically used on a washstand. The soap is placed in the upper chambers, while hot water fills the lower chambers. Shaving scuttles, mugs, and cups can be well over 100 years old ( we are not sure the actual age), this one is in impeccable condition. the only visible defect looks to be a slight crack in the lower chamber(pictures). Upon very close visual inspections it appears to be a defect from when it was made as the finish seams to be over the "crack".
