Description: Georgian Cannetille Mourning Locket/Necklace in fantastic condition for its age and almost know gold loss. It's really gorgeous. Apparently, you're supposed to slide out the center and insert a lock of hair or photo but that looks like a difficult process. There are a few of these listed and none of them have mementos in them which makes me question if that's even possible without taking it to a jeweler or if people at that time preferred them without mementos.
