Description: A large, antique 19th century French porcelain pot de creme or dessert stand/tray. serving tureen. This is either an Old Paris piece or early Limoges, and is a rare form with the attached central pedestal (possibly for serving fruit with the dessert). The tray is approximately 17.75 inches long from handle to handle, and is approximately 4.75 inches tall. The tray is in excellent condition with just a pinpoint nick to the rim of the pedestal (the tip of the pen is pointing to it), a kiln firing cracks on the bottom (it was made like this), and some light gold wear.
