Antique French Immortelles Beaded Star Memorial Funeral Wreath Glass Pearls

Description: Large antique French memorial wreath souvenir in the shape of a star. Small white glass beads artfully assembled and threaded on wire to form swirls and ornaments with blue pearls added in the middle to form tiny flowers. The flowers frame and frame a charming biscuit porcelain dove bird. These wreaths were made in convents by skilled nuns who strung the beads individually. The middle of the wreath is arched or raised in a dome shape. Beautiful for decoration in the all white or shabby style.
