Description: Antique French Enamel Snuff Box Mid 18th Century A French enamel on copper snuff box, circa 1755. With a raised design of hunting dogs around the sides, and the front with a chest of drawers. The top has a floral design, all highlighted in gold. The mounts are silver with the discharge mark for 1750-1756. The box is 2 1/2" wide, by 2" deep, by 1 1/8" high. The enamel is in good condition with some crazing and rubbing of the gold.
