Item Description: This auction is for an old antique jug that was recently purchased from a local estate. I believe that this a Western North Carolina Alkaline Tobacco Drip Glaze Stoneware Jug. It stands about 4.75" tall to the top lip of the spout. The base measures about 2.3" wide. The glaze does have a few small pops in a few places. The bottom edge has what looks like a chip and/or molding imperfections (see pics 2,3,4). Overall a very nice looking old jug. Please take a look at all of the pictures for condition.
