Description: This is a Wonderful 19TH C Antique Document Box Chest BOX Old DOVETAIL Construction This chest is HEAVY. It measures 17" x 10" x 9". THE ENTIRE BOX IS Unique. Its made of mostly mixed wood. It’s in good structural CONDITION. THE BOX ITSELF ALL ORIGINAL. IT STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL HINGES l The finish shows age, wear and loss, it also has been fitted with drawer handles on each end and a brass cover for the keyhole. It’s unusual and I haven’t seen one exactly like it. Typical wear associated with the age of the item. Please see all photos.
