This crock is 17 lb and the circumference is approximately 34 in.I am revising my listing a bit because this vintage stoneware crock was just appraised by an antique appraiser that specializes in stoneware, Crocs. Beautiful early American stoneware between 1890 and 1910. It's primary use was for water or whiskey. The cobalt blue etching in the stoneware is also an indication of how old it is there is also a slight shine to it and that is from the process of salt glazing.
