Description: See Photos. Fantastic patina. In good+++ condition. Brass bird finial is attached on the top, yet loosely. Fantastic patina with copper oxidization. We are having a hard time concluding if this is a cooking vessel or an incense burner. Research shows both, but we are leaning toward the Ottoman style Turkish brazier. Deep tarnish luster. Asian Mid Eastern Turkish Boho Chic style. Copper skinned with venting holes at the top. Three main pieces, the base, burner section, and cover with a brass bird finial on top. The bird, in Turkish lore, represents a very relaxed welcome to visit. Heavy duty brass handles on the base along with more delicate scalloped brass handles for the middle boiler. Rim is approx. 18" wide. Approx 32" to 33" tall. Weighs just shy of 23 pounds. Lid rests unevenly. Seller Lot #24021. Listed shipping costs are for the lower 48 (USA) states.
