The lid has a single unpainted wood handle in excellent condition, and the boiler has two unpainted wood handles that match the lid handle. If you’re looking for a shiny pristine copper boiler that looks brand new, this isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for the authentic rustic country canning boiler covered in carbon black, this is the one. The handles are all tight. I did not fill the boiler with water to check for leaks, but I held it up to a light and saw no cracks or pin holes in the bottom.
