Description: A simply charming Chinese export porcelain mug decorated with an exuberant chrysanthemum with trailing foliage in red, blue and taupe against a white background. It has a pot belly shaped body and a bowed handle terminating in a small upside down heart. The foot is unglazed and contains a museum inventory number. The mug measures approximately 6.25 inches high, 4.25 inches diameter opening and a 4 inch base. It weighs approximately 2 lb. Provenance: deaccessioned from the Fine Art Museums of San Francisco. Museum inventory number painted on foot but is not permanent and can be removed. The item(s) are antique and sold as is/as found unless otherwise noted. Because they are old, they were used and will not look new or new-like.
