Description: Antique Celluloid Miniature Doll On A Stick Stuffed Sewn In Wig Carved Hair This doll comes from a German-American estate, so I believe the doll to originate from Germany or USSR Soviet Union. She has a celluloid head and hands, stuffed torso, and wire arms connecting the shoulder to the hands. The owner of this doll was a seamstress and has sewn this dress onto the body and also sewn in a wig to the head with attached "crown." As such, I cannot research any markings on the doll without cutting open the dress. The dress is a tapestry knit with a Vliseline lining. She measures 11 in. from top to bottom.
