I also have a large cinnabar vase listed and a pair of cinnabar Foo dogs* NO CAP but stopper plunger [and possibly original bottle contents] appears to be hardened inside bottle. Very good antique condition, red cinnabar coating carvings have worn very smooth in some places due to age and from handling over 100+ years. A wonderful genuine circa mid-late 1800s Chinese hand carved resin cinnabar bottle. Very intricate and detailed scenes of flowers, leaves, and a butterfly. Scenery is different on front and back of bottle. Brass base and brass disc at top. Signed on underside. See all pics and use zoom. Beautifully made and heavy. The fine artistry and detailing is stunning. This bottle is amazingly detailed and slightly dimensional, the carvings are very layered.This is a fantastic piece, great for a collector and will be beautiful on display.
