Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE X-NONE Antique c1930s German Decorative Oak Cased Chiming Mantel Clock (Fully Serviced). This is an antique c1930's German chiming mantel clock. This is in excellent condition and is in full working order. It has a beautiful stout Napoleon hat shaped oak body with decoratively carved and embellishment to the front. The oak has a dark brown coloured finish with a darker visible grain and a soft subtle shine. The face is circular in shape with a silver coloured metal chapter ring, black coloured numerals and black coloured hands. The face is protected by a circular convex glass door with a brass bezel. The glass is in excellent condition with no scratches, chips or cracks. To the rear is the door to the mechanism chamber. The door is intact and also in excellent condition. This chimes (on a coil) on the hour (chiming the numbers of hours) and on the half hour (once). This comes complete with its pendulum and key. The clock was cleaned and serviced on the 17th November 2024.
