Description: ANTIQUE c1900s Round BEVELLED Gilded *JEWELLERY CASKET* - Lovely Condition Description On offer we have this ANTIQUE c1900s ROUND Gilded JEWELLERY CASKET. Possibly french and features Bevelled glass to the lid which is sloping - 3 ball feet - raised decoration around the circumference which is very Art Nouveau and to the back is detailed with a symbolic figure. Pale blue velvet lining which may not be the original. Measurements 7.2cm highest point 8cm Diameter CONDITION - Very good to excellent condition - Glass lid shows very little wear - from the base you can see a dent in the item however not evident when the item is sitting correctly. Lid does not have a fastener (not sure whether it ever did) and sits a little ajar. Considering the age of the item would classify as very good to excellent.
