Description: Antique c1900 Late Meiji Period Japanese Imari Scalloped 22.2cm Bowl A good example of a late Meiji 22.2cm diameter ribbed or scalloped porcelain bowl. Brightly decorated in a typical Imari palette with panels of koi carp and a central basket of flowers. Very good condition with no chips or cracks. There is a slight manufacturing defect to the centre of the base. Please see pictures for more information. The bowl is 22.2cm diameter, 9cm high and weighs 829g.
