Description: Antique Brass/Bronze French Picture Frames w/ Photos Bows / Swags 19th C Oval. Beautiful set of antique gilt brass or bronze picture frames. They are not identical but are very similar in design and size and you almost don’t notice they are exact matches. Guessing these were made 1830-1875 but I’m no pro in dating frames. It seems many similar frames are described as French on style or manufacture. I don’t see any marks on these to indicate their origin. They are fresh from a very old/historic NH barn. Estate has roots to 1700s I believe and the barns with its original contents were purchased around 1970. Frames come with photos as shown in listing. Condition is good, glass is intact. Some minor gilt loss to frame with man. There is a pen in final two photos for scale. I’ll ship ASAP! Thanks
