Description: Antique Brass Ship Porthole WW2 Era U.S.S TABBERER DE-418 (NO PAPERWORK) Approximately 38 lb and 16 1/2 inch over all circumference. The porthole was purchased in the Philadelphia area in the early to mid 70's and has been with one owner since. The porthole was sold as a piece off of USS TABBERER DE-418 and was marked as such at time of sale. No authentication available. The Tabberer was last put to port in 1959 in the Philadelphia ship yards and spent the last 13 years there before it was sold for scrap in 1973.
