Description: Materials Fabric, Cardboard, Paper, Ink, Thread, Glue Read the full description Description This is an amazing little, 4.50" by 6.50", 113 page book that is filled with amusing and interesting observations. It was written and illustrated by Herman Lee Meader. The book is a first edition published by H.M. Caldwell Co. Boston in 1903. The most charming thing about the book, besides its humor, is its cover, which is a beautiful paisley fabric. The cover has a paste down with an illustration and title. The bottom right corner is torn and the corners are bumped and beginning to fray. The end pages of the book have illustrations. The binding of the book is becoming broken, few pages are detached but remain in the book, most pages are still attached. This is a charming book to display and to read
