Antique Bishop, Powell, & Stonier England Sugar Bowl Melissa Pattern

Description: Here we have a fantastic Powell, Bishop, and Stonier Sugar Bowl in their MELISSA Pattern. It was produced between 1878-1891. It features brown apple blossoms on a white background. The sugar bowl is in very good condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, repairs or crazing, but it does have the light brown staining mostly around the inside rim and lid. It is best seen on the 7th picture. If it were a book, I would call it "foxing". On the third to last picture featuring the lid rim, it looks like there is a chip on the upper left-hand corner. In actuality it is a little extra piece of porcelain. The sugar bowl measures about 6 1/2 inches in from handle to handle and stands about 6 1/2 inches tall. Please look at the pictures carefully as they are a better description that anything I could write. I use pictures to show accurately the condition of item listed.
