Description: Himalayan Antique Nagaland Carnelian Vintage Prayer Amulet Beads Necklace MINT. This is a beautiful piece that I’ve had for many years and purchased in a frame on a wall at an estate sale years ago. We open the frame up about two years ago to see the beads up close. I really had no idea what they were but thought they might be Carnelian. The frame was a simple old wood frame rather long and thin with old Chinese material behind the necklace. I took A few pictures of the opening process but it was so long ago I cannot find them now. Total weight is 195.6 g. You cannot put this over your head but if you wanted to make it a necklace it is long enough measuring 17 inches worth of beads. There is one tiny knot at the bottom you can see in the picture with the ballpoint pen. There is a little glue on the silk tassel at the bottom from the frame. Some of the heads are plain in the back and some are cut. There are no breaks, cracks, scratches, repairs or damage to this piece. I think it was in the frame for many many years.
