Description: Antique Aynsley Raised Enamel Blossoms Raised Gold Pink Demitasse Cup & Saucer Antique British bone china demitasse cup and saucer. Decorated with raised white and pink enamel blossoms and raised gold and bronze gold blossoms over a pink background. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked on the bottom Aynsley's in black. This mark was used by John Aynsley & Sons between 1875 and 1890. Has some crazing typical of bone china, some staining, some wear to the gilding, and some usage wear consistent with age, but no chips or cracks. The cup measures approximately 2 7/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 4 3/8 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. LX
