Description: This nice quality ca. 1915 hand carved wood picture frame features custom corners and two-tone bronze powder/bronze leaf finish and retains much of its original surface with scattered losses and sloppy touch-up. Measuring 19 3/4" x 25" overall with 13" x 18 1/4" reveal and 14 3/4" x 19 1/4" back rabbet opening, the frame has 3 1/2" wide stacked moldings app. 2 3/8" deep. Without the inner frame it has a 16" x 21 1/2" rabbet with app. 15 1/2" x 20 5/8" reveal. The frame is sturdy and usable with stable finish.
