The dresser is in perfect condition. There is nice lining paper in each drawer. Mirror is in excellent condition with strong silvering. Material is gorgeous quarter sawn oak or Tiger oak. Well preserved, clean strong and healthy. Refinishing is of superb quality! There are 2 small sections bites 1" each on the upper part of the left drawer under the top of the table part - please inspect the photo. You can not see it unless you are kneeling to have eyes on that level (28" high) Total height is 75 1/2" - with mirror part 46" high x 20" wideTable part is 29 1/2" H x 42"W x 22"D This dresser is a part of our private collection of an American oak furniture from 1890-1895. All furniture was carefully picked in 1980s on auctions and through Antique dealers of entire Midwest and delivered to our house in LA area. All furniture went through extremely careful process of refinishing performed personally by my husband. Such refreshing revealed the exceptional beauty of a gorgeous quarter sawn oak texture.
