Book also contains the proposed Act for the organization of the Territory of Orleans into a such and names such notables as Henry Clay. A truly rare piece of US history. Exterior of the book is very clean and well intact. Interior of the book shows occasional and marginal watermarks throughout, however pages remain overall bright with some minor toning from age. Front endpaper has a couple short notations. Pages remain sturdy and have not brittled. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 574 pages. Book measures approximately 8 5/8 x 5 5/8 x 1 7/8 inches and weighs about 1 3/4 pounds.
