Altwasser porcelain is known for its high quality and finecraftsmanship. The factory's pieces were often decorated with floral motifs,landscapes, and other decorative designs. Altwasser porcelain is still soughtafter by collectors today. The mark is The green CT eagle stamp with lighter green color Germany stamp from 1887 - 1900 Per pottery markings: 1887. In this example, the "GERMANY" was stamped underneath in a slightly different color; versions with smaller writing are also known. I have not seen another replica of this pattern. Beautiful.
