Description: Antique 19th. Century Brass Tilt-Top Candle Light Reflector..Early Lighting. Used to reflect candle light towards a specified direction. Fancy cut-work design which would throw this pattern when light was reflected from candle. Stands 5-1/4 inches in height. Reflector measures 3-1/2 inches in diameter and has a scallop-edge. Top tilts back. RARE! I bought this light reflector from an antique dealer in Sheffield, England while I was living there in the early 90’s. I lived in the Highlands of Scotland for 17 years and the Midlands of England for 7 years and am listing many items that I bought while there on eBay at this time.
