This piece features a detailed relief design of a muscular man embracing an emaciated man on the front along with the words that roughly translate "Hurry up Help me" and on the back is the SAS logo. This medal is in great shape with no cracks, chips, nicks, bends, flaws or repairs. It wears its original patina and has a few scratches. It measures approx. 1.5 inches across and 1/8 inch thick. It weighs 28 grams. Nothing has been cleaned, altered or repaired.
