Description: This is an old 1920s New Years Noise Maker! It has great graphics of people partying in costumes, bold colors, a plastic handle, & a metal body. It was made by US Metal Toy Manufacturing Co. of New York & is stamped on the side"U.S. Metal Toy MFG. Co. , N.Y. Made in U.S.A.". It is a rectangular shape. This piece is old, so it is in used/vintage condition. It has been loved! There is rust spots on the metal in some spots & some dirt? that may just need a good cleaning. Dimensions: 4.75" long x 1 1/8" wide. 1" tall. Handle is 2 3/4" long.
