Description: Offered is this antique 3-page typewritten legal document, an indenture involving the Northcutt family and someone named C. W. Burts, about an estate and some land located in Cobb County, Georgia. The document was signed on February 8, 1919. The fourth page is blank except for the court filing information on one panel on one side. The pages are held together by a metal clip. Each page is almost legal-sized, about 8 1/2" x 13 3/4". The document is in good condition overall. There are some small tears along the fold lines and the paper has yellowed but everything is readable.
