The plate has a cobalt blue 1.5" wide ban with an inner gold gilt band. The gold overlay on the rim has some wear due to age.The plate has a 9.75" dia.The maker is Imperial P.S.L. Empire of Austria, the mark on the plate is from their 1914-1918 production run.The PSL refers to the Pfeiffer & Lowenstein Factory of Schlackenwerth, Bohemia, Austria, and the factory is “Imperial PSL Empire”.This is a great piece to collect, display or add to a collection or to start one!
