My late husband purchased it years ago. I have not removed from the protective case. "Sam Leever, the Pirate's veteran twirler, has some fine records to his credit. In 1901, 1902, and 1903, when the Pittsburg's won the National League Pennant, his percentages of victories were .737, .696, and .781. The last figure led the National League in 1903 and in 1905 he was again first with percentage of .800. In 1909 he pitched a few full games but got a figure of .889.
