The eerier is trimmed down the front sides with thick soutache trim that is hand sewn on. The collar and cuffs have a little lace trim. The closures are original hooks and eyes.We have not washed this piece, and it is over 100 years old, it does not have a smoke or mold odor. There are no holes or shredding in the material. Please note the back has a beautiful little flared detail.
