Description: Antique 1800s Brocade Corset Blue Flowers Lace Wasp Waist Vintage Victorian Incredibly rare Antique Victorian brocade corset. Dating to the late 1800s. Ivory brocade with light blue flowers. Exquisite antique French lace around top. Very good condition for age. I have added new blue ribbon to act as lacing (not original to corset). No stains on the outside but a bit of gray areas. Some discoloration mainly on the inside along hooks and tabs. No holes, brocade is nice and strong. *The opening is secured at the top and bottom with the brocade fabric and doesn’t fully open from the front (see photos #6 & 7) - only fully opens from the back laces. The lace at the top is folded over and is approximately 2 inches wide. Lace is in excellent condition. Hooks are marked Henderson, no other labels or maker’s marks. Has boning. No odors.
