Description: Offered is this antique 16-page typewritten legal document, an abstract of title for land owned by C. W. Burtz, located in Cobb County, Georgia. The document was signed on March 30, 1928 (see last photo) but traces the land ownership back to 1883, with many owners in between. There is also a hand-drawn map showing the property's location (see photo #2). Each page is legal-sized, about 8 1/2" x 14". The document is in very good condition, with no tears or holes. There is some minor edge wear and the paper clips are rusty. The paper has yellowed, with some small stains, but everything is readable.
