He has a soft stuffed head, hand painted face, soft body and legs with wires in them. Are bendable. He is holding an orange Halloween Trick or Treat Bag. He is standing securely on a 2 3/4" in diameter black felt covered cardboard base. DETAILS: MUNCHIN MAYOR KID #310820 Paper hang tag states 5" but he is actually 6 3/4" tall. He has blue eyes. He is wearing a green felt jacket, with tails, green felt pants and a matching top hat with a black stain ribbon band at the base of his hat. He has a blue and green checkered vest, with a yellow satin bow tie and adorned with a faux gold hanging watch across his chest. He is wearing brown felt elf shoes.
