The pages are in good condition no rips some have brown faded spotting from aging as well as the side of the book pages ( all shown in pictures) Majority of the pages in good condition . Spine of the book fell. Threads exposed ( shown in pics) This is a really antique vintage and collectible item once very loved by someone ( my grandma) would love to send it to someone that will give the same love and importance like her ❤️.
