Description: A mega pack of Viz Media's now defunct magazine,Animerica. First begun with a 1992 preview issue-#0,which is NOT in this pack,the official start was March 1993. This pack has all issues from Volume 1 # 1 through Volume 5 # 6 with no missing issues,except for that # 0. Animerica was a monthly magazine published by Viz Media containing news, feature articles, and reviews on manga, anime, and related media, as well as a section that serialized manga published by Viz. The included serialized manga changed over time,chapters from X, Area 88, Galaxy Express 999, One-Pound Gospel, and Urusei Yatsura appeared in it. Many are near mint,but vol. 2.1 has a weird staining on the cover and vol 4.8 has spine damage. Dust has collected on them a bit over the years while in storage and they were not stored in plastic magazine bags,just a regular magazine box. I'm calling the whole lot very good,but It's much better than that,mostly.I believe the years of publication are 1993-1998. I'm pricing way under the cover price for these.The box is heavy,but I use the calculated shipping option,so shipping will depend on your location. I am not a professional reseller or a business,just a regular collector. I have a storage unit I am trying to empty. It is full of items that I have never had room to display,and there is little point in keeping them if they never see the light of day. Someone should enjoy them,which is why they are going up for sale. Some items will be used,but I take care of my stuff,and any damage will be mentioned.
