Made by SPS Technologies for the Aircraft/Aerospace Industry for use in areas not accessible after assembly in closed areas. They hold the head of the bolt or nut in place by riveting the Retaining Nut/Cap over the bolt head or nut. They hold the nut in place acting like a Nut Plate once the Cap is riveted with the nut in it. The second photo shows how it holds the nut and/or bolt. Great for areas where it is hard to hold both the bolt and nut at the same time. NOTE: The nut and bolts are not part of the listing!
