As a RN, I have taken thousands of medical histories over the years and the information in this book pans time and time again. This is not a book you can zip through, but rather requires participation. If you read the chapters AND write out your answers as instructed, every single issue which applies to you will surface over the next few days both sleeping and awake. On that note, sadly, people who are extremely left brain dominant tend to be unable to grasp the concept. The book is in a good used condition.
