A Large saber with impressive blade. Definitely pattern welded steel with faint signs of the the forge welding. No real Damascus pattern to speak of. Ribbed wood grip with out leather wrap. Steel hilt hardware…backstrap, guard and knuckle bow. A fantastic blade… this clean V cross section sword blade ‘without fuller’ is over 200 years old and in fine condition and perfectly marked.
