The covers shwo soiling, toning, edge-wear, rubbing to the corners and spine-ends, a bit of damp-staining to the bottom, outer corner of the upper cover. The text-block is beginning to loosen a bit toward the rear, but with the binding solid. The contents are bright and generally clean, but with a damp-stain to the top edge of the pages.
