Description: Used and working AMD FirePRO S7150x2 GPU designed for hypervisors. The FirePro S7150 x2 is an enthusiast-class professional graphics card by AMD, launched on February 1st, 2016. Built on the 28 nm process, and based on the Tonga graphics processor, in its Cloudy Tau variant, the card supports DirectX 12. The Tonga graphics processor is a large chip with a die area of 366 mm² and 5,000 million transistors. Unlike the fully unlocked Radeon R9 285X, which uses the same GPU but has all 2048 shaders enabled, AMD has disabled some shading units on the FirePro S7150 x2 to reach the product's target shader count. FirePro S7150 x2 combines two graphics processors to increase performance. It features 1792 shading units, 112 texture mapping units, and 32 ROPs, per GPU. AMD has paired 16 GB GDDR5 memory with the FirePro S7150 x2, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface per GPU (each GPU manages 8,192 MB). The GPU is operating at a frequency of 920 MHz, memory is running at 1250 MHz (5 Gbps effective). Being a dual-slot card, the AMD FirePro S7150 x2 draws power from 1x 6-pin + 1x 8-pin power connector, with power draw rated at 265 W maximum. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. FirePro S7150 x2 is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 3.0 x16 interface. The card measures 241 mm in length, 111 mm in width, and features a dual-slot cooling solution.
