I tried to show on the inside cover has a name" Laura Pitts" it says nothing else is included like the billion dollar bill and such just record and lyrics sheet or inner sleeve minor surface scratches..The record plays the last song has a minor skip on it and got by on its own. I did not hear any major surface noise holding it in the light maybe you can see them and I did notice on the turntable looks like it has a slight twist to it.
