This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges very rough in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); many scattered holes/inner tears (some are larger); small pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
